Designing

There are a couple of things I miss here in South Africa, besides friends and family. One of them PepsiMax, another thing is H&M shops.

I now drink Diet Coke, but haven't really found anything to replace H&M.

I bought some lovely clothes for India last week (ridiculously expensive, but they were on a sale). They were just plain clothes, but looked absolutely gorgeous after someone had painted on them by hand. Inspired by this, I went shopping for fabric paints on Saturday. I also bought a couple of monochromatic clothes for India. With each shirt costing under £2, I didn't think we could go wrong.

India got to paint her own clothes, first with paintbrushes and then with her hands. We both thought it was great fun. We're especially pleased with the one she's wearing in this photo.
