The builders are on holiday

The builders spent Friday finishing up what they were doing and tidying up - sort of. There was a lot of mortar dust and reeds everywhere when they left. We spent most of Saturday before the party setting it up and cleaning the remaining dirt. The pool is again usable.

Main thing is that we will be able to relax in our own house and do not have to wait for an other disaster to hit.

Almost all of the thatch is in place and the house is beginning to look good - especially from the front. Gables are the right shape and the cap as well as the drencher system is in place.
