School update

A quick update for grandparents:

Both Milja's and Matias's schoolyear has started well.

Matias has had three spelling tests so far. He got 20/20 out of them.
He had his first maths test yesterday: he got 19.5/20.

Grades 4-6 are performing a play at school in September. Matias is in one of the main roles, and is extremely nervous. They might have chosen him for the part because of his British accent, which is spot on for the role: Matias plays a butler.

Milja's getting A's, too. Perfect or near perfect on her biology and English.

Milja is doing "model United Nations" at school. She will be going to a conference in Johannesburg in September. She might get a chance to go to a conference in Hague in the new year.

Milja and Matias ride to school with Harrison and Sean. Harrison is a boy in Matias's class and Sean is his brother, who is in Milja's class. The boys live close by in Hout Bay. Milja and Sean take turns in driving to school.
