Weather forecast on the radio said "80% chance of rain". Logically thinking, 50% chance of rain should mean it might not rain at all, but here even 20% chance of rain means it will rain during the day.
Even though we haven't figured out what "x % chance of rain" really means regarding rain, we have figured out what it means regarding builders. "x % chance of rain" means "0% of builders on site."
