We slept late today and had Christmas rice porridge for breakfast. India's first words of the morning were: "Mennään avaan lahjoja lisää." which equals to "Let's go open more presents". Children played with they toys: Matias with Megabloks and the remote contolled car; India with the doll.
At one o'clock, we met Seija, Hille and Joona at the Llandudno beach. Heikki, Matias and Joona donned their wet suits and went in to the waves with their body boards. Father Christmas had provided. Wet suits were really needed as water was really cold today, maybe 12-14 degrees.
It as amazing how hard work boarding is. After an hour or two in the water I am beaten. Joona, who came home with us, and Matias are in pool. Youngsters!
Wind is getting stronger again. It has been 30-40 kph for the last few days and started sandblasting our legs painfully by the time we left the beach. It must be 50 kph in gusts now. There is sand in the air and the whole house is rattling.
