We couldn't do without Joyce. Really. She is an exceptional woman with a kind heart and on top of that, a hard, excellent worker.
Before she left today, Heikki and I asked if we could have a chat. We wanted to know if she was happy with us, and made sure she would let us know if she was ever unhappy with us about anything at all.
Joyce told us that just yesterday she was talking to a friend who had quit his job. Joyce had told him that she would stay with us forever. She would only stop working for us if she died. She was very, very happy, and that was so good to hear.
We told her how much she means to us, and that we really could not manage without her. We tried to let her know how highly we regarded her.
