Proof of where we live

I went to the bank today to, again, try and prove where we live.

This time we finally had something the bank accepted: a letter from our insurers. But guess what: the case still isn't solved.

They need *again* copy of Heikki's passport. I told the lady they have already taken the photocopy for the address change. All that was needed was this letter.

She said they can't use the photocopy they have. It needs to be a *fresh* photocopy.
