I suppose the winter is here. The days can be quite warm occasionally, but it can also be quite chilly. It's raining now. It reminds me of England and Finland, so the rain feels quite nice. It's good to have a change in the climate regularly. I do feel bad for the people living in shaks, though. Their must is miserable when it's cold and wet.
I caught what Valilla died from and have been in bed for a couple of days. We took Vanilla's littermates, Caspar and Checkerboard, to the doctors the day after Vanilla died. Caspar was there for one night (he was fine but we didn't want to take any chances) but Checkerboad is still there. I'll phone the doctors in an hour and see how she is doing. She was still in a drip yesterday.
