We have been without internet connection for four days. The technician arrived (on Sunday) just 24 hours after I had phoned about the fault. I had to go to Telkom office and phone from there. It took them 70 min to answer to me.
The fault was an other nick in the wire running through half the house. Strangely enough the nick was behind a shelf. How did it get there?
We have to get the telephone wire moved when building work starts again (soon?).
