Offer accepted

I just got a phone call that our offer for the house was accepted.

We heard from the sellers yesterday: They were willing to accept only a slightly higher sum. We replied that our original offer stands and we are not willing to increase it at all.

We are not yet ready to celebrate. The offer is subject to financing and structural survey by an architect who will evaluate the changes we want to do the house.
