Heikki got a phone call from the Landrover garage on Tuesday last week. A part that they'd ordered for Heikki's car had arrived. As we were just off to Namibia, Heikki was asked to bring the car over today.
Heikki took the car to the garage this morning and just got a phone call from the garage: they sent the part back to the factory yesterday! The garage has a policy to keep parts for 7 days only, after which they are sent back to the factory.
So they knew Heikki was bringing the car over today, as that's what they had requested, but yet sent the part away yesterday!
