We have safely returned from our long Easter holiday weekend trip to Namibia.
We arrived yesterday early evening and hit a wall of fog at Tygerberg. (It lifted before we got home.) The outside temperature plummeted to 18 Centigrade. It felt really cold after spending most of the time inland in the Namib Desert. The hottest was on Monday afternoon when we drove along the Orange River valley: 41 Centigrade in the shade.
