A door has 18 glass panels. The glass is smooth on one side and bumpy on the other side (so you can't see through). Is it not OBVIOUS that all the glass pieces are fitted to face the same way?
If you pay no attention to such details, there's a 50:50 chance each piece glass is fitted the wrong way round.
The men are now re-fitting half of the glasses on four such doors. At least they didn't fit all 7 doors before I noticed what they were doing.
