Running for life

The week is half way over and I am still writing about the last weekend.

Partly it is to do with Tapio leaving. Since Saturday when he had his birthday, we've been seeing him and Liv Marie every evening - except on Monday. :)

Matias went to school on Saturday to take part in Relay for Life. Teams of four ran around the field to raise money for charity. It was a hot day and he ran bare footed. His team ran 93 laps in three hours. His legs have been sore for days afterwards.

India met up with Theo after long last. There was a Sand Castle competition at the Hout Bay beach on Saturday. A lot of families and kids were building their dream castle. India and Theo focused on running in the waves.

This was the first time that we saw dolphins in the sea. A pod of four were quite close to the shore.
